SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use Royal Mail delivery for all our orders within the UK. You can expect your parcel within 2-4 business days (or 4-8 business days for any orders outside of the UK).

Please note for next day delivery you MUST order before 4pm. Bank Holiday's don't apply. 

Also if you have ordered 2 items from us please note that they may arrive in separate packaging at separate times so please be patient. If your order does not arrive in the time provided above please contact our instagram page. Instagram.com/thekozyhoodie. 

For all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, they are sent tracked, tracking number provided by email - Delivery between 11-14 working days. 

 Returns: 

Yes we do offer a returns policy, however we are 1000% confident that The KOZY will be your most worn item of clothing! The product being returned must be in an unused condition and wrapped in the bow it arrived in. If the product is returned to us without the bow or appears to be used we have the right to deny a refund.
